Health Care Aide Services Supervisor

Supervise Health Care Aides at St. Michael’s Health Group in Spruce Grove, working full-time onsite evenings with scheduling and care oversight.

This permanent full-time Health Care Aide position carries the Supportive Services Supervisor title. You will schedule staff and tasks, supervise and evaluate HCAs, and coordinate authorized personal care services. The work supports an independent living community at 260 Pioneer Rd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and prioritize support services with the Home Care Nurse
• Assign daily HCA tasks according to care plans
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Health Care Aides
• Monitor service quality, including laundry and meal service
• Report resident condition and care changes to leadership

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide certificate and CLHA registration in good standing
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience scheduling and supervising healthcare staff
• Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer skills
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
