Senior Business Analyst Requirements

Business requirements analysis defines this Level 2 Business Analyst assignment in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Seven-plus years of experience are required.

The Business Analyst will develop and document requirements for alternatives and analyze functional requirements. The work includes documenting procedures, decision flows, database structures, application subsystems, and interfaces. It also includes data dictionary development, process redesign analysis, solution prototyping, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop statements of requirements for considered alternatives
• Analyze functional requirements and identify information flows
• Document procedures, databases, and application subsystems

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of Business Analyst experience
• Ability to develop and document a data dictionary
• Experience identifying candidate processes for redesign
• Ability to prototype potential solutions and recommend actions
• Ability to support selected departmental methodologies
