Wealth Solutions Proposal Manager

Lead end-to-end Wealth Solutions proposals and presentations at Aon, working remotely with consultants, designers, and pursuit stakeholders.

This Proposal Writer and Project Manager role combines hands-on content creation with strategic project ownership. You will shape messages, differentiators, and client-ready materials supporting Aon’s growth across Canada. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders, account teams, subject matter experts, and designers, alongside independent planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize proposal projects across multiple stakeholders
• Participate in strategy meetings and refine response themes
• Create oral presentation materials and client-ready slide decks
• Coordinate workshops, brainstorming, and content development
• Improve proposal tools, standard text, and content libraries

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
• Professional bid management or proposal writing experience
• Experience creating strategic, customized client content
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar
