Cabinet Packaging Quality Inspector

Protect finished cabinetry with careful packaging and quality checks at Top Notch Cabinets. This on-site production role values detail, reliability, and safe handling.

As an experienced Packager, you will work at the end of Top Notch Cabinets’ production line. You will protect cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, panels, and mouldings before shipping. The work combines packaging, order verification, visual inspection, labeling, staging, and tracking. You will learn from skilled painters, assemblers, cabinet makers, door makers, and CNC operators while supporting finished-product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wrap finished cabinetry using cardboard, foam, blankets, and stretch wrap
• Check packing lists, hardware bags, accessories, and work orders
• Flag scratches, chips, finish defects, and missing hardware
• Label packages and stage orders by route
• Record orders, restock supplies, and maintain a clean area

Requirements:

• Packaging experience or willingness to learn on the job
• Strong attention to detail when handling finished products
• Ability to read English packing lists, work orders, and labels
• Basic math for counting pieces and measuring
• Safety boots, reliable attendance, and safe work practices
