Job description
Direct on-site trade coordination and project delivery with Pomerleau’s Special Projects division. Use construction scheduling and safety expertise to guide specialized builds.
As an experienced Superintendent, you will oversee site operations for projects ranging up to $10 million. You will align trade partners and stakeholders, maintain milestones, and respond to schedule or budget risks. Your leadership will support quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trade partners and stakeholders around project milestones
- Maintain overall schedules and short-term look-ahead plans
- Implement recovery strategies for schedule or budget risks
- Identify deficiencies, challenges, and project concerns
- Represent the team during client coordination meetings
Requirements:
- Three or more years as lead hand, foreman, or equivalent
- Proven successful project delivery and team coordination
- Ability to interpret contract drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and practical problem-solving abilities
- Computer and scheduling software proficiency
