Quality Assurance Engineer Marketplace

Build automated quality across BCAA Marketplace applications, using analytical troubleshooting and testing expertise throughout the software lifecycle. Work spans web, mobile, APIs, and integrations.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will analyze requirements, design automated tests, and improve testing frameworks. You will work with developers, product teams, operations, and vendors in an Agile environment. The focus includes reliable releases, effective validation, and stronger application testability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies from requirements and acceptance criteria
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end automated tests
• Test BCAA Marketplace web, mobile, API, and vendor integrations
• Investigate defects, incidents, root causes, and corrective actions
• Support releases through smoke testing and deployment validation

Requirements:

• Four-plus years in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering
• One to two years developing automated scripts and frameworks
• Experience testing web-based, mobile, API, and SaaS applications
• Agile software development and software lifecycle experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on root causes
