Bilingual Service Coordinator Laval

Coordinate customer service operations at Comairco’s Laval branch using bilingual communication, scheduling, and strong organizational skills in a temporary position.

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the Service Coordinator supports service agreements, customer appointments, technician scheduling, and work orders. This temporary position is offered for an indefinite period, renewable in three-month increments according to company needs. The role requires communication with French- and English-speaking customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor service agreements proactively
• Coordinate customer appointments and technician schedules
• Update information in the computer system
• Process applicable warranty claims
• Order and follow up on work-order parts

Requirements:

• Three to five years of service coordination experience
• Post-secondary education
• Excellent French and English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, POS, and AX systems
