Facility Maintenance Cleaner GDI

GDI’s facility maintenance services need a part time cleaner skilled in floor machines, carpet care, washroom sanitation, and recycling.

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will maintain assigned buildings through detailed cleaning and facility support. The work includes manual and power scrubbing, vacuuming, high dusting, supply replenishment, and preventative equipment maintenance. You will also follow company safety requirements and complete required training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate applicable scrubbing, vacuuming, buffing, and floor equipment
• Maintain floor machines, vacuums, scrubbers, and buffers
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs when directed
• Polish fixtures, appliances, mirrors, counters, and partitions
• Perform high dusting, wall washing, and elevator cleaning

Requirements:

• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
• Experience with auto scrubbers is an asset
• Attention to detail and pride in excellent service
• Ability to organize tasks with energy and endurance
• Dependable with reliable transportation and required clearance
