Inside Sales Electrical Distribution Specialist

Build customer relationships through electrical product sales, quoting, and order management at Gerrie Electric in Ontario. Support customers with responsive solutions.

The Inside Sales Specialist connects Gerrie Electric with customers through service, timely support, and tailored solutions. You will process orders, prepare quotes, manage pricing, and provide product information. The role also supports sales growth through follow-ups, account development, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders, credits, RMAs, backorders, and order tracking
• Prepare quotes, maintain margins, and renew pricing contracts
• Respond to inquiries and resolve product or delivery issues
• Build customer and vendor relationships supporting repeat business
• Coordinate with sales representatives, staff, and branch operations

Requirements:

• Two to four years in inside sales or customer service
• Electrical industry or distribution environment familiarity preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
