Job description
Position GIS solutions with Esri Canada while developing customer relationships and sales capability across Ontario. This full-time position is remote.
As an Account Manager in Ontario Sales, you will support account execution and revenue growth under general direction. You will partner with senior Account Managers, Customer Success, and Professional Services. The position focuses on customer needs, opportunity identification, and coordinated engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new account development and existing account expansion
- Position solutions for customer needs and priorities
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services
- Assist with RFPs, proposals, and customer requests
- Coordinate customer engagement across assigned accounts
Requirements:
- Three or more years in sales support or solution-oriented work
- Exposure to technology, software, or GIS solutions preferred
- Degree or diploma in GIS, Geography, Business, or related field
- Ability to learn and articulate solution value
- Initiative, adaptability, and willingness to develop sales capability
