Job description
Build automotive finance skills in person with DRIVEN Auto Group in Newmarket, using customer communication and organized follow-up. This full-time opportunity includes a $40,000 base salary plus commission and bonus potential.
As a Finance Manager in Training, you will help customers purchase and finance vehicles through company-generated inquiries. You will learn automotive lending, credit, and deal structure while working with an experienced finance director. Scripts, needs analysis, and hands-on coaching support your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, text, and email customers contacting DRIVEN
- Use scripts while keeping conversations natural and personal
- Collect application information, licences, and income documents
- Enter information and keep customer files organized
- Follow applications through approval and vehicle delivery
Requirements:
- Customer service, banking, hospitality, phone sales, or call centre experience
- Ability to build rapport and discuss customer situations
- Strong listening, questioning, and attention to detail
- Willingness to accept feedback and follow established processes
- Persistence, empathy, ownership, and results focus
Develop automotive financing expertise while managing customer conversations, accurate documentation, follow-up, and real vehicle deals at DRIVEN.
