Chief Financial Officer – US Remote Growing digital media company is seeking a CFO to help shape its next chapter. This is not a traditional P&L-management role: it is about building the models and financial perspective that help leadership decide where to invest and how to grow. What You'll Do Own annual planning: set budgets and targets, run forecasting, and update KPIs monthly Build business/financial models for new revenue streams and long-term investments, including the indirect, multi-benefit economics typical of media Take strategic direction from the CEO and turn it into clear scenarios and recommendations Partner with business unit leaders as a trusted advisor Support corporate development thinking suited to a capital-efficient company Bring practical AI fluency to how finance and the business operate What You'll Bring 10+ years of experience in strategic finance or corporate development Strong business/financial modeling skills Experience in lean, high-growth, unstructured environments, ideally in the media space A hands-on, scrappy style: this is an individual-contributor seat, both strategic and executional A collaborative, service-oriented approach to working with the CEO, leadership team, and GMs Fluency with AI Details Location: Fully remote; quarterly travel for leadership meetings Reports to: CEO Start: As soon as possible Compensation: $250-300K plus discretionary bonus and equity package
