HMR Department Manager Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the assigned store department
• Maintain stocked, displayed, and appropriately priced merchandise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
