Branch Operations Representative

Support branch operations at Avenir Energy through inventory management, order processing, and coordination with delivery and service teams.

As a Branch Representative, you will support local branch efficiency through administrative and operational tasks. Your work includes customer inquiries, records, scheduling, and coordination. You will work with branch leadership to address challenges and support quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management and order processing
• Coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and service teams
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records
• Handle customer inquiries and payment processing
• Support branch reports, filing, and office supplies

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
