Inventory Replenishment Coordinator

Inventory replenishment coordinator in Calgary will analyze demand, maintain stock levels, and support accurate fulfillment across distribution operations.

This full-time Procurement Coordinator works within The Fastener Group’s wholesale distribution model. The position supports inventory management for multiple branch locations and a centralized Distribution Center. Core work includes replenishment, demand planning, purchasing analysis, supplier communication, and record accuracy. Experience in distribution purchasing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales trends and inventory performance for buying decisions
• Maintain optimal stock levels across branches and Distribution Center
• Review supplier lead times and minimize inventory risks
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams
• Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and inventory records

Requirements:

• Minimum five years purchasing or inventory management experience
• Experience purchasing across branches and centralized distribution
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage competing distribution priorities
