Project Manager Engineering Construction

Project Manager position in Bécancour, Quebec, combining engineering design and construction management. Deliver facilities meeting safety, quality, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

This Project Manager oversees projects from customer requirements through design, bidding, construction, and reporting. The work includes feasibility studies, capital cost estimates, specifications, contract administration, and regulatory coordination. Technical guidance supports engineers, technologists, project managers, and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project scopes and capital cost estimates
• Complete feasibility studies and recommend project alternatives
• Prepare designs, specifications, and construction bid requests
• Manage construction budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting
• Inspect sites and interpret regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible relevant experience
• Experience in project management, design, construction, and maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Registered member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or equivalent
• Equivalent education and experience combinations considered
