Beauty Sales Consultant Keyholder

Use beauty expertise and sales leadership as a Seasonal Keyholder at Chatters’ Retail Salon in Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson.

As a values-driven leader, you will create welcoming customer experiences through consultations, recommendations, and personalized service. You will support store performance by promoting new launches, maintaining merchandising standards, and mentoring Beauty Sales Consultants. Daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example during personalized beauty consultations
• Recommend professional hair care products and routines
• Support store goals and promote new launches
• Maintain merchandising standards across the retail salon
• Mentor consultants and coach during customer interactions

Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience
• Passion for beauty and exceptional customer experiences
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
