Support students as an Education Assistant with Parkland School Division, providing offsite supervision at Graminia School on Mondays and Wednesdays.

This Education Assistant position supports the My Path middle years program. The successful candidate supervises students offsite while organizing groups independently, managing behaviours, and communicating effectively. The position requires an attentive, organized, flexible, and adaptable approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the My Path middle years program
• Provide offsite student supervision through Graminia School
• Organize groups of students independently
• Manage student behaviours during program activities

Requirements:

• Experience working with students
• Experience organizing student groups independently
• Experience managing student behaviours
• Attentive, organized, flexible, and adaptable approach
• Good communication skills; Google Suite knowledge is an asset
