Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a full-time Driver Trainer based in its Kingston office. You will teach employees to operate company-owned vehicles safely and professionally. The position supports growing Kingston Schools Operations while delivering Voyago Division Training Programs and B Class license upgrading. Strong communication, organization, and regional knowledge are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct driver assessments evaluating skill, safety, and readiness
- Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs under company standards
- Facilitate B Class license upgrading programs
- Lead external instructional training sessions when required
- Support the Transit Supervisor with assigned duties and projects
Requirements:
- Valid B or E Class License held three years
- Clean driver abstract without demerit points
- Clean criminal record and Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Excellent customer service track record and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas
