Doctor of Business Administration Faculty

Committed to fostering student success, the part-time Doctor of Business Administration Faculty will teach and mentor capstone students in a remote setting, providing academic support, feedback, and engagement while upholding high academic standards. Key responsibilities Engage with students regularly, offering timely guidance and connecting them with necessary resources Provide constructive, detailed feedback on student submissions while demonstrating knowledge of university policies and expectations Participate in Mentor Training and may instruct content or research methodology courses based on enrollment and credentials Required qualifications Terminal degree in Business Administration (PhD, DBA) or a related field from an accredited institution At least 1 year of experience teaching and mentoring business doctoral students in an online setting Demonstrated engagement in scholarly and professional business activities within the past 5 years Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with a preference for quantitative Proficiency in APA 7th edition formatting and citation standards
