Job description
Manufacturing Process Engineer at Foxtrot Industrial in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, improving workflows, assembly operations, and production tools on-site.
This full-time, permanent Manufacturing Engineer supports operations and industrialization at Foxtrot Industrial, a Hydraulic Technologies company. The work connects product design, manufacturing, assembly operations, and external suppliers. Key areas include lean manufacturing, metal fabrication, 3D CAD, technical drawings, and continuous improvement.
Responsabilités principales:
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing and assembly workflows
- Review workstation layouts and material flow
- Design assembly fixtures, jigs, tools, and work aids
- Prepare drawings, work instructions, bills of materials, and procedures
- Support new product introductions and process development
Exigences:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline preferred
- Two or more years in manufacturing engineering preferred
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software and technical drawings
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly operations
- Functional proficiency in English and French preferred
