People and Culture Systems Strategist

Strengthen HR systems and workforce data at Compass Early Learning and Care, supporting organizational effectiveness through a relationship-based approach.

This permanent position leads People and Culture systems, structures, policies, and administrative infrastructure. You will steward HRIS data, support HR strategies, guide compliance, and advance health, safety, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The work supports Compass Vision Framework alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead People and Culture systems, structures, policies, and administration
• Steward HRIS systems, role databases, and workforce data
• Lead compliance, risk management, and policy development
• Support health, safety, wellness, and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborate on HR strategies and organizational projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Leadership experience in HR operations and administration
• Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, AODA, OHRC, and related legislation
• Experience leading HRIS and operational systems
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel to locations
