Job description
Our client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Analyst to deliver payroll support on SAP ECP.
Drive mission-critical payroll operations across Canada and the United States on SAP ECP with direct impact on timely, accurate pay. This role owns Tier 1 support with backend access to troubleshoot functional and technical issues exclusively within payroll. The position is payroll-only (no benefits), with Vancouver operating hybrid (2 days onsite) and Calgary starting remote then moving hybrid when the office opens. The environment values autonomous, logical problem-solving.

Must Haves
- Hands-on SAP ECP with backend access; troubleshoot functional and technical payroll issues
- Support for Canadian and US payroll cycles
Nice to Have
- SAP RC or RCM
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for SAP ECP payroll issues
- Troubleshoot functional issues within SAP ECP
- Troubleshoot technical issues within SAP ECP
- Access the backend to diagnose and resolve payroll issues
- Handle payroll-related tickets exclusively (no benefits)
