IAA Customer Service Representative

Support customers at IAA through clear communication, digital literacy, and responsive service across in-person and other communication channels.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support IAA branches and service centers within Yard Operations. The work combines customer support, order processing, data entry, records maintenance, clerical assignments, and auction preparation. You will answer questions, reference pricing and delivery information, and assist peers with office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by mail, telephone, and personal contact
• Process orders, assignments, and internal computer system data
• Answer customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• Maintain records and complete filing and word processing
• Prepare auction paperwork and secure necessary approvals

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an office setting
• Comfort communicating with customers
• Digital literacy and strong interpersonal skills
• Time management and independent working abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
