Automotive Customer Service Representative

Support ACX Dartmouth customers through automotive appointments, lease milestones, and financing conversations in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Use CRM tools and professional communication daily.

The Customer Service Representative supports the Loyalty Department while handling lease finance and cash portfolios. You will manage customer follow-ups, appointment booking, and inbound and outbound calls. The work also includes explaining residuals, payments, vehicle upgrades, and product features while tracking customer interactions and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent customer service aligned with quality expectations
• Book appointments using scripts and CRM tools
• Follow up on service visits and lease milestones
• Explain residuals, payments, and vehicle upgrades clearly
• Generate performance reports covering appointments and conversions

Requirements:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Comfort working toward proposed targets
• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM proficiency preferred
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
