Shape Amazon Canada Seller growth from the Toronto office through strategic account management, business insights, and operational excellence.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support some of Amazon Canada’s largest Sellers. You will create joint business plans, identify selection and merchandising opportunities, and improve traffic, conversion, and operations. Your work will help deliver Seller satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute strategic joint business plans
- Analyze trends and improve business input metrics
- Present tailored recommendations and value propositions
- Educate Sellers on tools, products, policies, and programs
- Track portfolio metrics and communicate project status
Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, sales, or business development
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Experience managing multiple projects across teams
