Outdoor Plant Merchandising Supervisor

Oversee outdoor plant displays across Home Depot garden centers with hands-on leadership and attention to detail. Work spans Kelowna and Interior, BC.

Rainbow Greenhouses needs a Merchandiser Supervisor to maintain high merchandising standards across assigned stores. The permanent position varies with seasonal demand, including full-time peak-season hours and part-time hours afterward. You will work independently, support merchandising teams, and resolve store-level challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and maintain outdoor plant displays
• Build, restock, and organize garden center displays
• Keep garden centers clean and customer-ready
• Troubleshoot store-level issues as they arise
• Travel between locations with mileage reimbursed

Requirements:

• Strong dependability, punctuality, and professional communication
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Access to a cell phone and CSA-approved steel-toe shoes
