Key Responsibilities:

• Identify service gaps, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Assess automation and system enhancements for service delivery
• Document assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and project objectives
• Create current-state and future-state process maps
• Recommend improvements supporting efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Strong analytical, logical, and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Approximately two to five years’ related experience preferred
