Retail Asset Protection Representative

Protect people and property with Loblaw Companies Limited through retail security, investigations, and loss prevention in grocery and pharmacy settings.

As an Asset Protection Representative, you will prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations across high-volume retail environments. You will detain offenders lawfully, investigate incidents, analyze evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement when required. The work also supports store leadership and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, fraud, and violations
• Safely detain offenders under company and legal procedures
• Conduct investigations and gather and analyze evidence
• Partner with leadership to identify loss trends
• Support compliance with security policies and provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License
• Understanding of Canadian criminal and property legislation
• Experience with CCTV, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
• Trustworthiness, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
