Revenue Cycle Trainer

Empowering teams through effective training, the full-time Revenue Cycle Trainer will deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions focused on Revenue Cycle processes, technical skills, and adult learning principles in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate training sessions on patient inquiries, insurance handling, payment collection, and claim resolution Provide instruction on tools such as Epic, OnBase, and electronic eligibility verification systems Monitor learner progress and update training curricula based on evaluations and emerging technologies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, education, or instructional design, preferably in Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations Expertise in adult learning principles Proficiency with Epic and related Revenue Cycle tools Ability to manage multiple training programs effectively
