Job description
Norton Brand Ambassadors drive retail sales through customer engagement and store partnerships during the Holiday season. This part time contract runs Friday to Sunday.
Premium seeks a dedicated Norton Brand Ambassador for November 20 through December 27, with training on November 17. You will represent a leading computer software brand while identifying sales opportunities and supporting store teams. The work centers on customer conversations, product messaging, merchandising standards, and sales communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to spark Norton product sales
- Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management
- Build relationships with store associates and management
- Maintain merchandising standards for products and displays
- Train retail associates on products, promotions, and messaging
Requirements:
- Approachable personality for initiating customer conversations
- Resilience and resourcefulness in sales environments
- Commitment to consistently providing exceptional service
- Bilingual communication skills
- Availability Friday through Sunday during the contract
