Multifamily Property Portfolio Manager

Lead multifamily property operations with financial acumen and resident experience expertise at Drake Property Management across the GTA.

The Property Manager oversees operational, financial, and resident experience performance across a multifamily portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this experienced professional manages occupancy, revenue, expenses, and NOI objectives. The role also leads on-site teams, vendor relationships, building operations, and portfolio performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multifamily residential properties
• Manage budgets, financial statements, variances, and NOI performance
• Lead leasing, occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction initiatives
• Direct vendors, inspections, maintenance, and corrective action plans
• Develop teams and support capital and stabilization projects

Requirements:

• Two to five years multifamily property management experience
• Two years managing complex or large-scale residential assets
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI management success
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation and building operations
• Valid driver's license and regular property travel ability
