Field Operations Service Leader

Lead field service operations for Securitas Technology Canada through hands-on leadership, technician coaching, and safety-focused execution across customer accounts.

The Field Operations Leader provides daily direction to Service Technicians while coordinating service delivery and administrative work. This position supports billing, productivity, backlog, and inspection KPIs through scheduling, reporting, and accountability. Success requires electronic security experience, customer focus, and strong organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and support Service Technicians in the field
• Coordinate technician scheduling with Dispatch and customers
• Maintain service backlog, inspections, inventory, and equipment availability
• Process service tickets and billing accurately and promptly
• Enforce technical standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements

Requirements:

• DEP/DEC in electronic security, electronics, or related technical field
• Minimum five years of electronic security or field installation experience
• Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, intrusion, and access systems
• Experience coaching, leading, or supervising technicians preferred
• Valid driver’s license and district travel availability
