Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead technical program execution at AeroVironment, managing cost, schedule, and performance across company programs. This regular position includes up to 20% travel.

As a Program Manager II, you will oversee program life cycles and coordinate activities supporting business objectives. The work includes program controls, risk management, customer alignment, and stakeholder communication. You will also manage plans covering budgets, resources, estimates at completion, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs throughout their complete life cycles
• Define program controls and success criteria
• Identify, analyze, and manage program-level risks
• Coordinate project teams and interdependencies
• Lead customer and executive program reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Five to eight years of Program Management experience
• Experience managing multiple successful projects
• Experience in highly technical environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project
