You will promote Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, and other available offerings while following Home Depot’s GET Model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage, and thank customers throughout the department
• Ask open-ended questions to understand projects and expertise
• Recommend products, services, and related project items
• Maintain signed, displayed, and clean merchandise daily
• Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and customer-focused approach
• Interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Retail or trade experience is an asset
• Availability for flexible evening and weekend schedules
