Sun Life Financial Advisor Trainee

Build financial advice experience with Sun Life as an Advisor Trainee, using communication skills and digital tools in a hybrid work model.

This temporary contract lasts up to six months and prepares you for an advisory career. You will receive personalized coaching while developing business acumen, client relationships, and practical skills. The program supports a potential transition into an Advisor role or existing advisory team after successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from a local Sun Life District office
• Learn Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills
• Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
• Provide holistic life, health, and wealth solutions
• Complete business development activities and prepare for graduation

Requirements:

• LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Passion for retail insurance and investment products
