Human Resources Analytics Program Manager

Lead human resources analytics and programs remotely across Canada for Modaxo, supporting business decisions with consistent, reliable data.

This individual contributor position manages human resources programs supporting the People plan across Modaxo business units. The role covers employee development, engagement, business integrations, reporting, analytics, and training. It also provides day to day HR Business Partner support where embedded resources are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HR metrics and analytics for all business units
• Plan, direct, and administer human resources programs
• Lead project plans, kickoffs, updates, and implementation debriefs
• Research trends and prepare quarterly HR reports
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities

Requirements:

• Post secondary human resources degree and five years’ experience
• Previous HR analyst experience with strong HR metrics capability
• At least two years leading complex project management initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and international travel availability
