Material Handling Equipment Operator

Handle warehouse equipment for Tempur Sealy while loading, unloading, storing, and verifying products. Forklift licensing and equipment inspection experience support this work.

This Material Handling Equipment Operator position supports products from Tempur-Pedic®, Sealy®, and Stearns & Foster®. Responsibilities include safe goods movement, accurate receiving and shipping checks, proper warehouse storage, and equipment maintenance. You may also assist assembly operations, follow instructions, and maintain a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload warehouse goods safely
• Store products properly throughout the warehouse
• Verify quantities and items during receiving
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and equipment
• Assist with assembly operations as required

Requirements:

• Forklift license required for the position
• On-site training provided for specific equipment
• Two to three years of related experience
• Excellent eye and hand coordination
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
