Orthodontic Technology Sales Manager

Drive digital orthodontic adoption with LightForce as an Area Sales Manager using consultative selling and clinical business discussions. Travel across a defined geography.

This Area Sales Manager promotes the LightForce system to orthodontic business owners. You will support trials, full integration, and business growth through AI-driven treatment planning and patient-specific brackets. The work combines territory planning, analytics, clinical training, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate LightForce solutions through consultative sales conversations
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Plan territory activity across new and existing accounts
• Deliver clinical training virtually and in person
• Lead onboarding toward full LightForce integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least three years of outside B2B sales experience
• Medical device, dental, orthodontic, or relevant industry experience
• Comfort discussing clinical topics with orthodontists
• Valid driver’s license, travel ability, and English-French fluency
