Client Relationship Advisor Trainee

Start building lasting Client relationships with Sun Life as an Advisor Trainee, using communication skills and financial advice across a hybrid work model. Gain direct experience with people, products, and planning.

Sun Life’s Advisor Development Program prepares you for a future advisory career through a temporary contract of up to four months. Personalized coaching, digital tools, and practical learning support your confidence and business acumen. You will work with the Prospr advisor team and local District leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build knowledge of Sun Life products and processes
• Work directly with new and existing Clients
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Clients
• Provide holistic life, health, and wealth solutions
• Prepare activities for program graduation and advisor launch

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to engage and maintain relationships
• Ability to motivate others to action
• History of professional, academic, or athletic achievements
• LLQP license or completed required courses and exams
