BMO seeks a Personal Banker at 664 Erb Street West, advising customers through needs-based assessments, lending solutions, and digital banking options.

This Personal Banker delivers exceptional service while identifying tailored financial solutions for everyday banking, investments, lending, and home financing. The role supports branch transactions, builds community relationships, and collaborates with BMO partners across channels. It also protects customer assets through risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions
• Advise customers on digital and self-serve banking options
• Generate appointments and build community relationships
• Make personal lending and home financing recommendations
• Support transactions according to customer traffic

Requirements:

• Typically two to three years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and lending products
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
