Shophand Maintenance and Operations

Support safe shop maintenance through housekeeping, inventory control, equipment assistance, and tool organization under department Manager direction. This safety-sensitive position requires dependable daily work.

The Shophand maintains clean, organized shop and yard areas while supporting mechanics, operations, and field preparation. Duties include inspections, pressure washing, parts handling, equipment cleaning, and general assembly. You will follow safety practices, participate in training, and maintain supplies across operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe shop and yard areas
• Perform housekeeping, pressure washing, garbage removal, and debris cleaning
• Inspect forklifts daily and report deficiencies
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and parts storage
• Assist mechanics with repairs, maintenance, inspections, and service work

Requirements:

• Valid non-graduated driver’s license and clean driver’s record
• Ability to move or lift objects up to 23 kg
• Ability to bend, stand, and climb repeatedly
• Previous experience in a shop environment
• Legal eligibility to work where the role is based
