Entry Level Retail Sales Assistant

This full-time, on-site Entry Level Sales Assistant position welcomes students, recent graduates, and career changers. You will learn product introductions, customer guidance, sales fundamentals, and professional brand presentation. The work is hands-on and excludes phone-based and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers face-to-face at retail locations and events
• Introduce products and answer customer questions
• Guide customers toward purchases through sales conversations
• Set up and maintain professional displays
• Track sales activity and customer feedback

Requirements:

• No previous sales experience required
• Outgoing, reliable, and willing to learn
• Clear, confident communication with new people
• Customer service and teamwork orientation
• Availability for full-time, on-site work
