BMO Personal Banking Representative

Serve BMO customers at 1626 Martin Drive through personal banking guidance, transactions, and needs-based conversations across available channels. Support digital banking adoption.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver banking sales and service while identifying needs and referring customers to BMO colleagues. The work includes personal banking products, credit cards, customer inquiries, and everyday service requests. You will also support branch operations and risk processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and complete banking transactions accurately
• Identify needs and provide financial solutions guidance
• Initiate referrals to appropriate BMO colleagues
• Explain digital and self-serve banking options
• Escalate complex customer situations when required

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary
• Post-secondary degree or related certification desirable
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Readiness to collaborate across branch capacities
