Kiokii And is expanding its North American retail platform with a new store at Niagara Pen Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle products. You will also support promotions, transactions, inventory, merchandising, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional shopping experiences
• Assess needs and recommend personalized product solutions
• Explain promotions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
• Process inventory shipments, receiving, organization, and stock counts
• Maintain product presentation, cleanliness, safety, and store setup

Requirements:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for Asian beauty products, trends, and industry learning
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail skills
• Basic math proficiency and accurate cash-handling ability
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
