This Journeyperson Carpenter role supports multi-family residential and commercial properties under the Site Superintendent. You will manage carpentry completion, inspect quality, oversee subtrade work, and address deficiencies. The position also includes reporting issues, mentoring novice workers, and maintaining safe, organized sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee subtrade work across active construction sites
• Perform finish carpentry, touch-ups, and repairs
• Inspect and report construction quality
• Ensure building code and safety compliance
• Mentor novice workers and maintain site cleanliness

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Carpenter qualification or fourth-year apprentice enrollment
• Residential framing experience
• Finish carpentry experience considered an asset
• Framing quality control experience considered an asset
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
