Inventory Logistics Warehouse Associate

Support inventory and logistics accuracy as a full-time Warehouse Associate onsite with Draught Services in Bolton, Ontario. Process orders and shipments daily.
This permanent position reports to the Manager, Supply and Warehousing within The Beer Store’s Draught Services Division. You will manage order information, inventory records, shipment documentation, and warehouse fulfillment activities. The work includes cycle counts, physical inventory procedures, data entry, picking, packing, and customer inquiries. Draught Services provides installation, cleaning, service, support, and keg repair for draught systems across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts
- Complete inventory and logistics software data entry
- Process incoming orders from ERP and web systems
- Prepare orders, pick shipments, and pack packages
- Track shipment arrival and departure times
Requirements:
- High school completion or GED equivalent
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Warehouse experience of one to two years considered an asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Availability for full-time, 40-hour weeks
