This full-time Estimator supports commercial and institutional construction projects across BC and Ontario. You will review plans and specifications, develop budgets, analyze quotations, and collaborate with project managers, site teams, and design professionals. The work supports bidding, cost control, value engineering, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications for estimating requirements
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare tender submissions and support bidding strategies
• Update cost databases and contribute to value engineering

Requirements:

• Expertise estimating commercial and institutional construction projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
• Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
