A&W Restaurant Assistant Manager

Lead restaurant operations with A&W Restaurants in Revelstoke, BC, using supervisory experience and strong guest service skills. This permanent full-time position offers 40 hours weekly.

The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to supervise shifts and daily operations at A&W. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, and compliance with A&W Standards. The position requires five years of restaurant management experience within the previous ten years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
• Support scheduling, deployment, training, and team development
• Manage food, labour, inventory, and operational costs
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Address guest concerns and monitor satisfaction improvements

Requirements:

• Five years restaurant management experience within previous ten years
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent
• FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred
• Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
• Proficiency with POS, Windows 11, and MS365 Business
