Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Serve GEODIS customers in Ajax through order processing, shipment tracing, and courteous warehouse customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position.

The Warehouse Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, orders, complaints, invoices, and shipment information. You will coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and management teams while maintaining customer files and accurate records. The role supports GEODIS logistics operations for brands and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• Process orders, receipts, paperwork, and inventory records
• Coordinate urgent shipping requests with transportation departments
• Trace shipments and notify customers about merchandise activity
• Verify invoices and report customer feedback to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum six months of related experience or training
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
• PC literacy and warehouse management systems experience preferred
• Ability to write reports and respond to questions
